Sober N Clean and some of the members was brought together just because the owner (which is me) wanted to learn how to do this stuff without the help of Tech Support or should I say very little support at all. During that time the Tech Support that was there left, and not knowing anything, I continued to try to keep the site up and going since it started. Several times with loosing all database, and wanting so much to just give up, I continued to learn and continued to the best of my ability to try different things and reach out for help, asking questions, but doing the work and the coding myself. Since December of 2007 was the last time (crossing fingers) that we have had any issues with the database, or the forums and they are still up and running. It is those things that makes it worth all the effort in the world to keep such a informed site up and running for anyone that is seeking recovery.
Here recently the last two months my health has turned south if you will allow me to say that. I know that my time here on this earth is limited, and yet am very happy with where I am in my frame of mind. Knowing this, I have inquired to a few friends to keep the site up and running when that day comes for me to go. Not sure of the results but knowing that I am doing what I can to keep something that has so much to offer to others up and going is a blessing in itself.
